He was predeceased by: his brother Theodore Piekarz, Sr. (Patricia); and his parents, Stanley Piekarz and Marie Piekarz. He is survived by: his wife Loretta R. Piekarz; his children, Leah M. Piekarz (Jeffrey M. Simon) and David J. Piekarz (Kathy A.); and his siblings, Joyce Hemauer (John) and Robert Piekarz (Mary Reedy).
