She was predeceased by: her parents, James Mascari and Anna Mascari. She is survived by: her husband Robert Dvorak of Crest Hill; her daughters, Laura Hajduk of Shorewood and Kristin Dvorak of Chicago; her son-in-law Bob Hajduk; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Gabrielle and Robbie; and her brother Raphael Mascari of Romeoville.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Kindred Hospice in Oak Brook, IL.
