He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Jennifer; his children, Thomas, Ethan, John and Anne; his parents, Thomas Chadwick and Dolores Chadwick; his sibling Steve Chadwick; and his nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Janny, James (Lovett), Ryan, Nicholas (Sherman), Lilli, Michael (Linn), Marley, Griffin and Reagan (Smieszek).

In lieu of flowers, a Chadwick Children's Education Fund will be established with Chase Bank.
