He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Pavlicek and Ruth Pavlicek; and his sister Ruth Carroll (Charles). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Baltis Paul; his children, Deborah Stewart, Susan Woerner (Michael), James Paul (Ginger), William Paul (Susan), Regina Fiala (Douglas) and Thomas Paul (Dana); his grandchildren, Kathryn Whitlatch (Andrew), Daniel Kostelny, Carolyn M. Kostelny, Thomas Kostelny, Ashley Parker (Frank) and Morgan Jones (Jamie); his great grandchildren, Thomas, Daphne, Peter, Abraham, Marigold, Sam, Ellie, Brooks, Edith, Camryn, Henryk, Jake, Valerie, Andrew, Tripp and Madelyn; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon Eklund (Bill), Kathy Herban, Robert Hutchison (Diane), Amy Flynn (Jim), Timothy Hutchison (Cindy), Fred Lindstrom III (Jackie), Lisa Lindstrom and Walter Lindstrom.
