Elayne Dykstra Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Elayne Dykstra of Western Springs, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John W. Dykstra; her children, John W. Dykstra (Emily), David Dykstra (Sandra) and Thomas Dykstra (Patricia); her grandchildren, Christopher, Jason (Heidi), Aaron Dykstra, Rachel Pavlich (Alex), Tyler, Cameron, David, Matthew, Scott (Kayla) and Mark Dykstra; and her brothers, Robert Anderson (Ann) and Ralph Anderson (Susan). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christian Reformed Church of Western Springs (5140 Wolf Rd, Western Springs, IL 60558). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, memorials to Timothy Christian Schools are appreciated.
