He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his parents, Ludivik Kuprewicz and Antonina Kwiatkowski; his sisters, Genevieve Pedrigi (late Emil) and Charlotte Kuprewicz; and his nieces and nephews, Joann Gates (late Richard), Joe Ciesielski, Marty Ciesielski (late Beverly), Richard Ciesielski and Mary Ann Ciesielski.

He is survived by: Thomas Ciesielski.
