He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Dean Scaggs and Shirley Scaggs; and his sister Kimberly Scaggs. He is survived by: his wife Susan Scaggs; his stepmother Margaret Scaggs; his sisters, Cheryl Bartik (Michael), Marsha Gaudio (late James) and Susan Conley (Paul); his nieces and nephews, Roxann, Stephanie, Michael, James, Jeni, Jionna, Joshua, Racheal and Taylor; his great-nephews, Colin, Kaleb, James and Dominic; and his pets, Bob, Gem, Jack, Nina, Scout, Tino, Willy and Ziggy.
