She was predeceased by: her siblings, Clare Kusek (late Stanley), Irene Green (late Jim) and John Monahan (late Barbara). She is survived by: her husband John; her children, John (Beth), Robert (Ann), Phillip (Mary Ellen Moser), Thomas (Ann Marie) and Mary Beth Dvorak (Donald); her grandchildren, Patricia Gleason (Daniel), Meghan Carter (Andrew), Samantha Corvino, Kileen Flores (Ernesto), Kaitlyn Gronek (Mark), Colin Corvino (Julia), Justin Corvino (Rebecca), Paige Corvino, John Dvorak, Joe Corvino, Kathryn Dvorak, Mick Corvino, Luke Dvorak and Elizabeth Dvorak; and her great grandchildren, Vincent Gleason, Lucy Gronek, Charlie Corvino and Thomas Flores.
In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to The Lupus Foundation of America or Trinity High School.
