She was predeceased by: her spouse Goerge J.; and her parents, Charles Vesely and Ella Vesely. She is survived by: her children, Charles Macak (late Andrea) and Pamela Hurel; and her grandson Matthew Macak.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Hinsdale Humane Society, are appreciated.
