She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stephen Haisma of Johnsburg, IL, Barbara Choate of Hainesville, IL, David Haisma (Dawn) of Wonder Lake, IL, Michelle Remer of Silver Lake, WI, Haley Spychala of Blackhawk, CO and Abbey Mazar (Tony) of Lake Villa, IL. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
