He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse LaVerne; his children, Shirlee Sejbl Kribbs (late John Sejbl) and Scott Pope (Marita Rizzo); his grandchildren, John Kribbs (Leticia Rosetto), Kaitlyn Kribbs, Kevin Pope (Marissa Schramm) and Kirsten Pope; his brother Frank Stepanek; his nephew Stephen Stepanek (Jeanette); his niece Marcia Stepanek (Dan Demetriad); his great-nephew Stephen Skala Jr. (Dawn); and his cousins, Stephen Skala (Ellen) and Carol Skala.
