She was predeceased by: her parents, Chauncey Crow and Elsie Crow (Wernz); her husband Elmer P. Teter; her son Walter Dale Clatfelter; her son-in-law Kenneth Wayne Harrelson; her brothers, Warren Voorhees Crow and Ira Boyd Crow; her niece Sandra Crow Hardway; and her nephew Gary Crow.
She is survived by: her daughter Tori Clatfelter Harrelson of McLeansboro, IL; her granddaughter Tina Kinney Brown; and her grandson-in-law Jason Brown of West Union, IL. She is also survived by animals, especially cats, with Louise having many four-legged companions.
