With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert G. Potts of West Salem, Illinois, who passed away on August 27, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Potts and Eliza "Bell" Potts (Turner); his daughter Patricia Potts; and his siblings, Sarabelle Shank, Mary Jane Green, Marvin, Lawrence, Niles, Roy and Frank Potts.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Potts of Lawrenceville and Lori Wilbourne (Jonathan) of Bridgewater, Iowa; his stepchildren, Patti Michels (Max) of Albion, Beverly Hall of West Salem and Gary Harrison of Roseburg, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Valerie Dotson (John), Jennifer Foster (Bob Klein), Eric (Nikki), Kevin and A. J. Mills (Tina); and his great grandchildren, Xavier, Jasmine, Trace, Darian, Chelsea, Dakota, Kiersten, Sheridan, Rafe, Kayla, Stephanie, Leah and Abryanna. He is also survived by seven step-grandchildren.
