He was predeceased by: his parent Patty Kay (Swanson); his stepfather Raymond Etzkorn; and his sister Georgia Martin. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne (Fildes); his children, Daniel Etzkorn, Laura Phillips (Tim) and Deana Williamson (Jeremy); his siblings, Misty Pearson (Steve) and Steve Etzkorn (Nora); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Nathan, Triston, Alexis, Elliott, Hazel and Maddie.
