She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Johnson and Sadie Johnson (Weber); her husband John D. Spray (Tom Seals); her sister Neoma Sunderland; her daughter Sharon Lee Spray; her son-in-law Howard Newlin; her stepfather Frank Mitchell; and her stepsisters, Ina Lee Sample and Vernelle Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Randy (Charlotte Spray), Anita Newlin of Patoka, Janet (Ron Hayes), Nancy (Bill Greathouse) and John (Audrey Spray). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
