He is survived by: his daughter Billie Ortiz (Henry) of Flower Mound, TX; his grandchildren, Jill Greenwood (Chad) of Olney, IL, Sara Lupfer of Poseyville, IN, Amy Kitley (Troy) of Flora, IL and Tawny Ortiz of Dallas, TX; and his great grandchildren, Jace, Kristen, Carley Greenwood, Kennedy Hallam, Carson Lupfer, Emma, Halle, Landree Kitley and Scarlette Flemmons.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the West Salem Moravian Church are encouraged.
