He was predeceased by: his father Homer "Bill" Neill. He is survived by: his mother Norma Neill (Scanlan) of West Point; his children, Heidi White (Brad) of Lake St and Terry "T. J." Neill (Jessica) of Keokuk, Iowa; his grandchildren, Taylor, Cooper White, Savannah, Benjamin and William Neill; and his siblings, Julie Zellow of Carthage, Kevin Neill (Sally) of West Point and Gary Neill (Michelle) of West Point.

Memorials may be directed to Hancock County Volunteers for Diabetes or Autism Speaks.
