He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ron Mann, Stephen and Jimmy; his siblings-in-law, Pamela Weiss and John Germann; his mother-in-law Phyllis White; and his niece Shannon Rampley.
He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Mann of West Point; his children, Kimberly Bartimus (Shane) of West Point and Brandon Mann (Brad) of Godfrey, Illinois; his grandchildren, Sierra, Kayleigh and Wyatt Bartimus; his siblings, Gloria "Jean" Germann of West Point, William Mann (Nancy) of Monahans and Chuck Mann (Patty) of Odessa, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Rhonda Mann of Kerville, Texas, Terry White of Benld and Frank Weiss of Hillsboro, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
