It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Jingst (West Point, Illinois), born in Hamilton, Illinois, who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Wardwell and Birdie I. Wardwell (Thompson); her husband Lawrence Jingst; her daughter-in-law Virginia Jingst; and her siblings, Celia Irey, Lucy Nixon, Parmer "Pudge" and Fred "Slug" Wardwell.
She is survived by: her sons, Ted Jingst (Sandra) of Warsaw and Ross Jingst of Warsaw; and her granddaughters, Martha Walter of Knoxville, Amy Gray (David) of Warsaw, Illinois and Jayla Heindselman (Michael) of Mount Vernon, Illinois.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
