With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Yoveak Penh of West Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on July 25, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Monirath Penh and Chea Penh (Nuon). He is survived by: his spouse Vandy Saosing; his children, Sucheata Penh-Davis (Michael Davis), Rithisen Penh and Phnom Penh; and his grandchildren, Sirindhorn Davis and Isaac Davis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of donor's choice.
