He is survived by: his spouse Amy Meister; his mother Linda Monari; his stepfather Robert Monari of Mapleton; his son Daniel Beoletto of Rome; his stepchildren, Kirk, Melissa, Tabitha, Brent and Brett; and his sisters, Julie Majors of Pekin and Joi Beoletto of Peoria.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the family to aide with expenses.
