She was predeceased by: her daughter Mary Beth Schoettmer. She is survived by: her spouse Kenneth "Mike" Kingsley; her children, Terry Hannam (Samuel) of Peoria and Michael Kingsley (Nancy) of Escondido; and her son-in-law Cliff Schoettmer. She is also survived by four brothers and three sisters.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer Association, Glasford Baptist Church or to Heddington Oaks.
