We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Jerry A. Kollar of West Peoria, Illinois, born in Streator, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Albert J. Kollar. He is survived by: his mother Elizabeth "Betty" Kollar (Baumann); and his siblings, Peter Tangel of Peoria Heights, Todd Kollar (Andrea) of Peoria, Ann Kollar of Cape Coral, FL, Cindy Kollar (Buddy Glass) of Tallahassee, FL and Sharree Tate of Vero Beach, FL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Heller Center for kids with Cancer.
