He is survived by: his spouse Angela Forbes; his daughter Andrea O'Donovan of Valparaiso, IN; his grandsons, Timothy, Michael and Paul; and his sister Helen Gray of Farmington. He is also survived by his parents, eight brothers and three sisters.
