With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecilia Mattingly (West Peoria, Illinois), born in Sparland, Illinois, who passed away on September 3, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Mattingly and Susan Mattingly (Buckler); and her siblings, Virginia Lopeman, Agnes Laible Boers, Angela Hank, Susan Mooberry, Pauline McAllister, Patricia Hess, Hubert Mattingly and J. Leon Mattingly.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Russell and James Mattingly (Mary Jane). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Retirement Fund of the Sisters of St. Francis of the Immaculate Conception.
