She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett E. Sr. Smith and Samantha Smith (Pryor); and her siblings, Cheryl Smith and Everett Smith. She is survived by: her husband John Walker; her children, Christopher John Walker of West Peoria and Leanne Mackoway (Nick) of Peoria; her grandsons, Jonathan and Andrew Mackoway; and her sisters, Linda Smith and Samantha Smith King (Eddie). She is also survived by two nephews; and three nieces.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the West Peoria Volunteer Fire Department.
