He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Rose and Winnie VanDyke Rose; his children, Melissa Wineland (Tony) of Dahinda and Ann White (John) of West Peoria; his grandchildren, Stephanie Joos, Margaret Venzon and David White; and his son William Thomas Rose. He was also cherished by three great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
