He was predeceased by: his parents, William O. Sullivan and Ethel Sullivan (Wilderman); his former wife Louise; his wife Clara Mae Sullivan (Tadlock); his children, Pamela and Kevin; and his brother John.
He is survived by: his son Jeff Sullivan (Deb); his stepdaughter Vicki Rowland (Steve); his daughter-in-law Carrie Sullivan; and his grandchildren, Leslie O'Rourke (Michael), Rick Sullivan, Kimberly Rowland (Rick) and Trent Hudgens (Hayley).
Memorial contributions can be made to St. Mark's Episcopal Church in West Frankfort and will be accepted at the Parker-Reedy Funeral Home.
