He was predeceased by: his mother Mavis Cox Lance (Cox); and his brother Richard Alan Lance. He is survived by: his father Richard Lance; his sisters, Vicki (Richard Parmley) and Sherry (Tom Jordan); his sons, Gavin Lance (Georgia) of Dublin, Braden Moore of Georgia and Lleyton Lance of West Frankfort; and his close friend Kim Cabaness. He is also survived by cousins; nephews; nieces.
