We are sad to announce that on March 13, 2021, at the age of 78, Thomas H Adkins Jr. of West Frankfort, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Adkins Sr. and Opal Adkins (Marks). He is survived by: his wife Julie Adkins (McGuire); his sons, Tom Adkins of Virginia Beach, VA, Tim Adkins of Vero Beach, Adam Rahman (Danielle) of Edwardsville, Zack Adkins (Caitlin) of Wheaton and Josh Rahman; his grandchildren, TJ Adkins, Libby Adkins, Ava Rahman and Noah Rahman; his sister Phyllis Sims (Bud) of Park Forrest; and his pet Stanley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions it is mandatory that masks be worn and that social distancing be observed.
Memorial contributions can be made to the West City Church of God and will be accepted at the funeral home.
