He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Fullingim and Kathleen Fullingim (Sullivan); and his sister Nancy Fullingim. He is survived by: his wife Lucy; and his children, Susan Essany, Linda Nuenschwander, Theresa Marlin, Lucinda Phoenix, Rachel Taylor and Thomas Fullingim. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
