He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John C. Garner and Daphine Gilley Garner; his wife Jan Garner of West Frankfort; his son Jamey Garner (Geralyn) of New Smyrna Beach, FL; his brother Kenneth Garner of Wichita, Kansas; and his aunt Oquilla Rogers of Jonesboro. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
