She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos Ray Abbott and Susan Abbott (Roth); her siblings, Karen Thompson, Lavonna Ettleman Kopacz, Jeanette Timmons, Sheryl Ann Ramsey and Johnni Timmons; and her great grandchild Noah Dean Stinson.

She is survived by: her husband Gary Angus of West Frankfort; her children, Peggy (David Hipp) of La Vergne, TN, Kenneth Mateycak (Ruth) of Whittington, Keith Mateycak (Amber) of West Frankfort, Kurtis Mateycak (Julie) of Benton, Gared Wayne Angus of Chester, Kimberly Angus of West Frankfort and David Angus (Tazzy McCuan) of West Frankfort; her grandchildren, Sasha Briley, Sondra Briley, Megan Mateycak, Ashton Mateycak, Kenny Ray Mateycak, Cassie Lee, Susan Mateycak, Angela Mateycak, Keith Ray Mateycak, Nala Mateycak, Kalijah Mateycak, Nicholas Mateycak, Myranda Mateycak, Micah Mateycak, Timothy Mateycak, Adrian Mateycak, Michael Angus, Aiden Angus and Lyla Angus; her great grandchildren, Nevaeh Rayne, Lilly Rose, Phoenix Gary Raye, Christian Chase Rivers and Serenity Faith Ann; and her siblings, Jim Abbott (Peggy) of Logan, Amos Dewain Abbott of Benton, Cecil Abbott (Diane) of Benton and Nila (Marty Melander) of Chicago. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
