She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Armes and Irene Armes (Fletcher); her husband Clarence Carter; and her siblings, Sharon Bosanac, Norman Armes and Mary Bodeau.
She is survived by: her sister Donna Long (Larry); her daughters, Clarissa Carter of Lakewood Ohio and Catherine Carter Dinn; her granddaughter Lili Dinn of Carmi; and her close friend Relda Marlow of Vergennes Illinois. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
