She is survived by: her stepmother Carol Perkins of Johnston City; her sister Terri Coulson (Larry) of Johnston City; her nephews, Chad Mowery (Casey) and Alexander Perkins; and her great-nephew Connor. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles.
