With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Ann McVey of West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on April 16, 2021 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Irvin and Ruth Irvin (Owsley); and her brother P. G. Irvin. She is survived by: her children, Richard James, Joseph James (Kathy) and Jo Ann Joiner (Clint); her siblings, Wayne Irvin (Beverly), Michael Lee, Ronnie Lee (Ollie) and Rita Mills (Doyle); and her aunt Frieda Starnes. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
