He is survived by: his wife LaDonna; his children, Scott Tate and Jackie Tate; his stepdaughter Heather Downs; and his siblings, Russell Tate, Layuna Pruitt and Ronalynn Stevens. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.
