With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Roger Smith of West Frankfort, Illinois, born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Smith and Genell Smith (Mabry). He is survived by: his wife Betty Smith (Pritchett); his children, Chrystal Overturf (Jeff), Heath Smith (Janice), Scarlett Tosh (Matt) and Sacrecia Howell; his grandchildren, Peyton, Trenton, Buddy, Micah Overturf, Ethan, Gabe Smith, Lilly Jones, Austin Cantrell, Cole, Katie Tosh and Harley Keck; and his uncle Billy Smith. He is also survived by his many cousins, special friends that he considered family and his Seabee family.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.
