He was predeceased by: his brother Brett "Toad" Baker. He is survived by: his parents, Phil Baker and Vicky Baker (Peterson); his stepmother Nancy Banker; his significant other Angie "Bea" Perkins; his daughters, Crystal and Cassie Hudson; and his nieces and nephews, Shawna and Lance Baker. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
