He was predeceased by: his parents, Zelzbur Lawrence Foltz and Margaret Cecelia Foltz (Becker); his siblings, Vernon Foltz, Eugene Foltz and Irene Foltz; and his great grandchild Raven.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Foltz of West Frankfort, IL; his daughter Tammy Wemmer (Bradley) of West Frankfort, IL; his grandson Richard Adam Traylor (Kirstin) of Lincoln, IL; his great grandchildren, Savanah, Matthew, Cloe, Oliver, Kylie, William, Saphire, Aierel, Hunter and Logan; and his siblings, Arthur Foltz, Stan Foltz, Russell Foltz, David Foltz, Paul Wayne Foltz and Joyce Foltz. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
