He was predeceased by: his parents, Pete Maragni and Amelia Maragni (Zurich); his brothers, Donald and Ben; his grandson Sean Kristian Cash; his great grandchild Megan Rae Maragni; and his son-in-law Carl Cash.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalyn (Rainbolt); his children, David Maragni (Peggy) of Marion, Debbie Cash (late Carl) of West Frankfort and Sherri Murphy (Alan) of West Frankfort; and his brother Robert Maragni (Mary Ellen) of West Frankfort. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
