We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2021, at the age of 63, Rainee Mitchell of West Frankfort, Illinois, born in Benton, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Kessel and Ruby Kessel (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband Brad Mitchell; her sons, Christopher Mitchell (Shauna) of Hopkinsville and Alan Mitchell (Ashley) of DuQuoin; and her siblings, James Kevin Kessel (Royce) of Cape Girardeau, Rita Butler (Harris) of Towanda and Kimberly Kessel (Anne Miller) of Wyoming, Michigan.. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Night Into Noon Day Homeless Coalition and will be accepted at the funeral home.
