It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Ann Szymczak (West Frankfort, Illinois), who passed away on December 14, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Onufer Dynis and Fannie Dynis; and her siblings, Mike, John Dynis, Julia Parsons, Betty Schoen, Amelia Dynis and Mayme Wojciechowski.
She is survived by: her son Gregory; her husband Dr. Donald R. Szymczak of West Frankfort, Illinois; her son Jeffry Szymczak (Julie) of Port Orange; and her grandchildren, Jessica Szymczak of Port Orange, Justin Szymczak (Ashley) of Neenah, WI, Olivia Szymczak and Felix Szymczak of Chicago, Illinois. She is also survived by several nephews; one niece; and many cousins.
