He is survived by: his mother Barbara Jane Blades (Hodgson); his wife Jill Blades; his children, Jimmy Blades, Greg Blades and Amy Wright (Charlie); his sister Angela; his brother-in-law Shane Tyler; his nieces and nephews, Larissa Mercer, Daniel Mercer and Miranda Ellis; his sister Joni (family: Jayma, Mo Page); his brother-in-law Mike Smith; his grandchildren, Mitch Wright (Stevie Rae) and Nicky Wright (Myriam); and his great grandchildren, Raymond "Row" Oakley Wright and Isamae Spruill.
