Monette Wanstreet Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Monette Wanstreet of West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on July 18, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Whittington and Eleanor Whittington (Delap). She is survived by: her husband James Wanstreet; her sons, James Russell Wanstreet and Terry Louis Wanstreet; her grandchildren, Sara Hammer (Matt) and Gavin Wanstreet (Elaine); and her great grandchildren, Ella and Micah. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to the current CDC Guidelines, the recommendation is that funeral homes adhere to limit public events to 50 or fewer people due to COVID-19.
Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church Clothing Room or to the Franklin Hospital Auxiliary – Benton.
