He is survived by: his children, Michael Lee Smith, Donnie Smith, Cassie Smith and Jessica R. Presley; his brother Kelly Smith (Stacey) of Johnston City, IL; and his niece Melissa Saulnier. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
