It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Irene Brown of West Frankfort, Illinois, born in Orient, Illinois, who passed away on June 29, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Savalick and Irene Savalick (Karpan); her husband James Brown; and her siblings, Jackie Trumble, Rena Carron, Gus, Max and Albert Savalick.
She is survived by: her children, James Michael Brown (Donna Clark) and Jacqueline Brower; her grandchildren, Andrew and Elizabeth Brower; her cousin Janice Sawalich; and her friend Edith Massey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
