She was predeceased by: her parents, James Prather and Irene Prather (Hall); her husband William L. Ramsey; her granddaughters, Anne Marie Ramsey and Joy Conley; and her brothers, John Prather, James Prather and Chuck Prather.
She is survived by: her children, Sherra Palmer (David), Bill Ramsey II (Gussie), Yvonne Fourez (Rick) and Peggy Stanley (Robbie); her siblings, Ross Prather (Carol) and Margie Potocki; her grandchildren, Thomas Palmer II (Carolin), William Ramsey III, Justin R. Conley (Nikki), Eric D. Fourez (Stephanie) and Shauna L. Curry (Travis); her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Noah, William L. IV, Brandon, Hannah, Elanah, Skylah, Gavin, Emma and Ryker; and her great great grandchild Finley.
