She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel John and Celia May Leamen (Willard); her husband Robert J. Blackburn; and her siblings, Jackie Pattarozzi and Cutty Leamen.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Pierson (Gordon) of Columbia and Michael Blackburn (Anita) of West Frankfort; her granddaughters, Jessica Patton (Jason) of Paducah, KY and Megan Eader (Matthew) of Kirkwood, MO; her great grandchild Adalynn Patton; her sisters-in-law, Rosemary Blackburn of West Frankfort and Shirley Sutfin of West Frankfort; her niece Lana Kee (Ron) of Johnston City; and her nephew Tim Blackburn (Vicky) of West Frankfort. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the West Frankfort Beautification Group.
