He is survived by: his stepchildren, Rusty McLain (Rhonda) and Rhonda McLain; his siblings, Charlie Pinkston (Kathy) and Sharon Cleveland; his sisters-in-law, Myrna Warren and Marilyn Nicholas (Jon); and his granddaughter Nicole Monchino (Matt).
